The Rules

It may not be an exciting read, but this is important stuff. Our goal is to keep the shop safe, enjoyable, and organized for you and everyone that comes after you!

Review the terms of service below before your appointment. And please - give us a call or shoot us an email if you've got any questions.

  • All customers are required to review, agree to, and sign a liability release before entering the shop area. Photo ID is required for all customers over the age of 18

  • Anyone entering the shop area must be 15 years or older

  • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times

  • Customers cannot disconnect any charged or pressurized AC lines or components or otherwise cause refrigerant to escape from their vehicle's AC system. All work requiring the disconnection of AC lines or components must be completed on vehicles that have had their refrigerants professionally drained and safely stored. You will find these services at a variety of quick lube locations.

  • Customers must bring their own fluids. This includes, but is not limited to, oil, coolant, gear oil, brake/carb cleaner, and brake fluid. We are located about 150ft from a NAPA Auto Parts that is open Monday thru Saturday in case you forget your fluids.

  • Customers must certify that the gross weight of their vehicle and all items in it are less than the 10,000 lb maximum. Overweight vehicles are not allowed

  • Oily rags and towels must be disposed of into the proper metal containers – not in the trash

  • All work areas must be kept clean and safe.

  • Customers are not permitted to re-position the automotive lift points once the vehicle has been placed onto the lift. If a change is needed, ask for assistance

  • Customers are responsible for all tools and equipment provided for them to use. A replacement fee will be charged for missing tools or tools broken due to misuse. We will not charge a fee for tools that have reached the end of their lifecycle and happen to fail while you are using them.

  • All tools and equipment must be cleaned and returned in the same condition as when they were provided and returned to their assigned locations in the toolchest
